What does ISIS want?
Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is the Islamic State leader or “caliph”. He wants to have the authority over all Muslims around the world as well as destroy infidels or Muslim enemies which he considers non Muslims. Currently the Islamic State has around 45,000 to 50,000 militants around the world, although a Kurdish Leader claims the total figure is much higher at around 200,000. The Islamic State is responsible for Syrian and Iraqi mass killings including children, women, and innocent civilians. At first, they claimed to kill only Shia Muslims, but later they started killing all Muslims, Christians, and other religious and nonreligious people. United Nation has held ISIS responsible for human rights abuses and war crimes. The Islamic state has been designated a terrorist organization by the United Nation and Islamic society. USA, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Iran, Afghanistan, European Union, China and over 60 countries are waging war against ISIS.
Is ISIS genuinely Islamic?
ISIS claims to be the sole representatives of true followers of Islam, but they executed large number of Muslims and non Muslims which is totally against Islamic belief and against Quran.
“If anyone slew an innocent person it would be as if he slew the whole mankind and if he saves a life it would be as he saved the life of all mankind” Quran 5;32.
Currently as we see ISIS has no clear enemy, their enemies are considered all mankind, whatever religion they follow or wherever they belong they just keep killing and sharing horror video clips of beheading soldiers and journalists in social media.
